BEIJING — The National Health Commission said on Nov 13 that 27 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery on the Chinese mainland on Nov 12.

There were 394 patients still being treated, including three in severe condition, the commission said in its daily report.

Altogether 81,279 patients had been discharged from hospitals after recovery by Nov 12, the commission added.

As of Nov 12, a total of 86,307 confirmed COVID-19 cases had been reported on the mainland, among whom 4,634 died of the disease.
