BEIJING — Chinese authorities have issued a circular on boosting the employment of college graduates through supporting entrepreneurship.
The circular, jointly released by eight departments, including the National Development and Reform Commission, said the country aims to provide 2 million high-quality job opportunities for college graduates in 2022.
A total of 212 national mass entrepreneurship and innovation bases will be established, and special campaigns will be launched to create more opportunities.
College graduates are the major new work-force in urban areas of China, according to the circular, with the number of graduates expected to reach 10.76 million in 2022.
