BEIJING — Most parts of northern China will see temperature drops up to 10 degrees Celsius in the next three days, while rainfall will continue to slash parts of southern China, the National Meteorological Center said on April 26.
Strong gales will bring sandstorms to parts of Inner Mongolia, and sandy weather will sweep regions of Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, and Ningxia in the next three days.
In the coming ten days, temperatures in most parts of China will be close to or lower than the averages in the previous years.
Rainstorms continued to hit parts of southern China on April 26 after hitting regions in Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangxi, Shanghai, and Zhejiang on April 25.
The center said the southern region has now entered a wet season with more rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms, gales, and hail. It called on the public to take protective measures.
