BEIJING — State Councilor Yang Jiechi will attend the sixth meeting of BRICS senior representatives on security issues in New Delhi, India, on Sept 15 at the invitation of India’s National Security Adviser Ajit Doval, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said at a press conference on Sept 14.

The BRICS nations are Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
