Vice-premier Ma Kai told the 10th Sino-American Technology and Engineering Conference in Beijing on May 30 that China will continue to bring in talented foreign personnel through supportive policies and a good environment for the creation of start-ups.

Ma noted that the symposium has been going on now for more than 20 years and has contributed a great deal to Chinese enterprise innovations and industrial development and added that he hopes the symposium can continue to do its job well in communications and cooperation.
