BEIJING, March 12 -- Ding Xuexiang, He Lifeng, Zhang Guoqing and Liu Guozhong were endorsed as China's vice premiers at the first session of the 14th National People's Congress, the national legislature, on Sunday.

Ding Xuexiang is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee Political Bureau and secretary of the Working Committee of the Central Party and State Institutions. Born in September 1962, Ding began his first job in August 1982 and joined the CPC in October 1984.
