SEOUL — Unilateralism and hegemonism are posing the biggest threat to world peace and stability, visiting State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said in Seoul, Republic of Korea (ROK) on Nov 4.

Wang made the remarks during a meeting with ROK Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha.

"Unilateralism undermines the current international order and the acts of hegemony challenge the norms governing international relations," Wang said.

Wang stressed that China is willing to work with all responsible countries, including ROK, to adhere to multilateralism, uphold the principles of equity and justice, and safeguard the multilateral trading system with the World Trade Organization as its cornerstone.
