State Councilor Wang Yong attended a commendation conference and seminar on heroic deeds carried out by central enterprises in conquering COVID-19, in Beijing on Oct 22.

Wang awarded prizes to representatives for individuals and groups who received the honors.

After a solemn and respectful silent tribute paid to martyrs and compatriots who lost their lives during the epidemic, the Party committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission announced the awards to 300 individuals and 100 units.

The prize presentation demonstrated the government's great respect for employees of central enterprises for their prominent contribution. It also carried forward the great anti-epidemic ethos and forged ahead in unity.
