NANNING — State Councilor Wang Yong on March 25 called for efforts in conducting on-site search and rescue work in a scientific and orderly manner following the crash of a passenger plane carrying 132 people.
Wang urged timely and accurate release of information and better coordination of epidemic prevention and control as well as emergency response.
Effective search and rescue efforts should be stepped up around the main impact point, Wang noted.
It is necessary to speed up the search for aircraft wreckage, remains and all kinds of physical evidence, and make every effort to search for the second black box, said Wang.
The plane crashed on March 21 in a village in Guangxi's Tengxian county.
