NBS: unemployment rate rises to around 5.2% in September

BEIJING — China’s unemployment rate surveyed by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) stood around 5.2 percent in September, up slightly from the previous two months, NBS spokesman Sheng Laiyun told a press conference on Oct 19.
