BEIJING — China saw steady growth in its natural gas output last month, according to official data.
The country's natural gas output rose by 11.8 percent, year-on-year, to 16.9 billion cubic meters last month, data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed.
Average daily production came in at 560 million cubic meters.
In the first 11 months of 2020, the country's natural gas production gained 9.3 percent, year-on-year, to hit 170.2 billion cubic meters.
The country's natural gas imports last month dropped by 3 percent year-on-year to 9.18 million metric tons, according to the NBS.
