Besides, CRRC also brought systems inside Fuxing bullet train to the booth.

“As the first phase of China-Thailand cooperation project on high speed rail, or the high speed rail between Bangkok and Nakhon Ratchasima is already under construction, so we bring Fuxing bullet train and its system here,” said Li Jie, general representative of CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co Ltd to Thailand.

Officials from Thailand are very interested in Fuxing bullet train, suspended monorail and others, he added.

This year, CRRC brought six subsidiaries to attend the Rail Asia Expo & RISE Symposium 2018.

Some 10 other Chinese companies in the rail industry also attended the expo.

“We have high-speed rail project with Chinese; they are willing to come to work with us ... if Chinese company can teach us fishing by ourselves, I think it’ll be very impressive to work together in terms of railway in Thailand,” Chayakorn Piyabunditkul, senior analyst of Thailand’s National Railway Technology Development Institute told Xinhua during the expo.
