FAST (Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope), the world’s largest radio telescope in Pingtang county of Southwest China’s Guizhou province, was upgraded to a more advanced 19-beam receiver system.
The new receiver can significantly increase its efficiency and ability to detect the invisible universe.
