A test train is ready to start operations on the Nantong-Shanghai railway at Shanghai Railway Station on April 20, 2020. As test trains departed from Shanghai Railway Station, joint testing began for the Zhaodian-Huangdu section of the Nantong-Shanghai Railway, marking a countdown to the full operation of the line. The Nantong-Shanghai Railway is an important part of the coastal passages of the national medium- and long-term railway network plan.
