BEIJING — China’s top legislature appointed Chen Jining as Minister of Environmental Protection on Feb 27, replacing Zhou Shengxian.
The decision was adopted at the bimonthly session of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, which runs from Feb 25 to Feb 27.
