It is time-consuming and expensive to file an environmental public-interest lawsuit, considering the difficulty of collecting evidence and the uncertainty of the required time for closing the case. Social organizations usually lack enough financial resources, so I hope the government can set up a fund to help them file such lawsuits. A lot of environmental pollution occurs in remote areas. Volunteers from social organizations keep in close contact with villagers and can discover environmental problems at once. Also, villagers may not know how to ask for help from prosecutors and will turn to volunteers from social organizations.
