SHENYANG — A “hatching base” for cultivating talents in cross-border e-commerce was launched on April 11 within a free trade zone (FTZ) in Northeast China’s Liaoning province.
The base was launched in Shenyang, capital of Liaoning province, and part of the Liaoning pilot FTZ, the only pilot FTZ in Northeast China. It has more than 600 “hatching studios” and multiple training classrooms, conference halls and company service centers.
Experts in foreign trade, as well as professional cross-border e-commerce companies, have been introduced to the base, where they will conduct training sessions on international trade and cross-border e-commerce for start-up companies and traditional companies engaged in foreign trade.
The base will also work with higher education institutions in Shenyang to “create a first-class training base for cross-border e-commerce in the FTZ.”
The Liaoning FTZ was approved by the central government in 2016 and was officially unveiled in 2017.
