BEIJING--Vice-Premier Wang Yang will head for Russia for the 18th meeting of the Joint Commission for the Regular Prime Ministers’ Meetings of China and Russia between Oct 9 and 11 at the invitation of Russian Deputy Prime Minster Dmitry Rogozin.
This was announced by Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei in Beijing on Oct 4.
