Jia Qian was appointed deputy director of the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration.

Zhu Hexin was removed from the post of deputy governor of the People's Bank of China.

Zeng Liying and Han Weijiang no longer serve as the deputy directors of the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration.
