Premier Li Keqiang visited Himalaya Technology on the morning of Sept 21, the first stop on his inspection tour to Shanghai.

Ximalaya FM, China’s largest internet platform for audio-sharing, has over 600 million users, bringing employment and entrepreneurship opportunities to tens of millions of content creators.

Calling the portal the "Himalayan peaks in the sound world", the Premier said it helps cultivate the wisdom and dispositions of users using modern technologies.

The peaks can rise only when more listeners and audio content creators gather on the platform to share their wisdom and create wealth, he added.

The Premier encouraged the company’s employees to continue exploring new heights as they send sound to users.
