The Ministry of Supervision of the People’s Republic of China is responsible for the supervision of law enforcement around the country, including efforts to tackle corruption. It is also responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the State Council and the people’s governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central people’s government.
