State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Guo Shengkun at a meeting on judicial reforms on July 27 urged public security departments at all levels to earnestly implement public security reform measures with a sense of urgency and efficiency.

The Ministry of Public Security needs to strengthen coordination among its different departments and with other ministries, further advance pilot projects, and comprehensively push forward reforms, according to the meeting.

The meeting noted that top-level planning should be combined with grassroots innovation while carrying out reforms.
