State Councilor Yang Jing addressed the national conference of presidents from schools of administration on Dec 29 in Beijing.
He stressed that schools of administration should establish a long-term governance mechanism to regulate their course work.
In a changing world, schools of administration should press ahead with reform and innovation, and improve schools with better education, openness, and high-quality talent, in an effort to deliver training platforms and think tanks for the country, said Yang.
