BEIJING — State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will travel to Vietnam to chair the 11th meeting of the China-Vietnam Steering Committee for Bilateral Cooperation and pay a visit to the Philippines from September 15 to 18, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang said on Sept 12.

Wang will make the trips at the invitation of the Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh and Philippine Foreign Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano, Geng said at a daily press briefing.
