BEIJING — State Councilor Wang Yong will attend the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia Seoul Conference and make a keynote speech later this month, a spokesperson said on Nov 14.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying made the announcement at a press briefing, saying Wang will make the visit to the ROK from Nov 19 to 20 at the invitation of the Boao Forum for Asia.
