Vice-premier applauds cooperation with Czech Republic

BEIJING — Vice-Premier Liu Yandong met with Jan Hamacek, president of the chamber of deputies of the Czech Republic on April 21.

Liu spoke highly of the recent positive progress of mutual beneficial cooperation in healthcare, education, culture and other areas.

She called on both sides to further implement the important consensus between the two heads of state, to push forward mutual political trust, economic cooperation and people-to-people exchanges.

Hamacek, also deputy president of the Czech Social Democratic Party, said the Czech side attached great importance to developing relations with China and was willing to further promote bilateral cooperation in various fields.
