BEIJING — Vice-Premier Wang Yang held a phone conversation on Nov 6 with US Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew over issues such as China-US economic relations and the upcoming Group of 20 summit in Turkey’s Antalya.

It was the first such conversation since President Xi Jinping announced the establishment of a mechanism of regular phone conversation on economic affairs between the two countries during his September state visit to the United States.
