Vice-Premier Ma Kai met on Nov 30 with members of the International Advisory Council of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) headed by Sir Howard Davies, chairman of the Royal Bank of Scotland, at Zhongnanhai in Beijing. They exchanged opinions over reform, development and regulation of the capital market.
