Sao Paulo — Vice-Premier Liu Yandong visited Chinese athletes on August 3 in Sao Paulo training camp and encouraged them to do their best in the Rio Olympic Games.

Liu, as President Xi Jinping’s special envoy, will attend the opening ceremony of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games on August 5.
