BEIJING — State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Guo Shengkun will host the fifth China-Vietnam public security ministerial meeting on crime-fighting cooperation, in Vietnam from Sept 23 to Sept 26.

Guo will visit Vietnam at the invitation of Vietnamese Minister of Public Security To Lam, according to Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang on Sept 22.
