BEIJING — State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will make a stopover in Washington DC on his way back from Argentina on May 23, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang announced on May 22.
The two sides will exchange views on bilateral relations and issues of common concern, according to the spokesperson.
