State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi met with Chan Tsz King, commissioner against corruption of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR), in Beijing on Nov 25.
The Macao SAR is facing new opportunities as China builds a new development pattern, with a new blueprint for national development drawn up at the fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Zhao said.
Zhao said he hoped the Commission Against Corruption of Macao and public security organs of the mainland could enhance exchanges and cooperation and jointly safeguard the long-term prosperity and stability of the SAR, to support the steady progress of "one country, two systems".
While offering his gratitude for vigorous support from the Ministry of Public Security, Chan expressed wishes for continuing exchanges and cooperation with mainland public security organs.
