Premier Li Keqiang met with Chinese and foreign reporters and answered their questions in Beijing on March 11.
At 3 pm, the fifth session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee will hold its opening meeting at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Wang Yang, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, will deliver a report on the work of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee. A preparatory meeting for the NPC session will be held to elect the session's presidium and secretary-general, and vote on a draft agenda of the session. Presidium of the fifth session of the 13th NPC will hold its first meeting. The spokesperson for the NPC session will give a press conference at noon.
9 am: The fifth session of the 13th National People's Congress opens at the Great Hall of the People. Premier Li Keqiang makes the Government Work Report. Other drafts to be submitted for review include: a draft annual plan for national economic and social development; draft 2022 budgets; the draft amendment to the Organic Law of the Local People's Congresses and Local People's Governments; the draft decision of the fifth session of the 13th NPC on the number of deputies to the 14th NPC and their election; the draft method for the Hong Kong SAR to elect deputies to the 14th NPC; and the draft method for the Macao SAR to elect deputies to the 14th NPC. 3 pm: NPC deputies and CPPCC National Committee members hold group discussions.

9 am: NPC deputies hold group discussions on the draft annual plan for national economic and social development and the draft annual budgets. The CPPCC National Committee holds second plenary meeting; some members will make speeches. 3 pm: National lawmakers deliberate on the draft amendment to the Organic Law of the Local People's Congresses and Local People's Governments, and three draft documents related to the election of deputies to the 14th NPC. State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi takes questions from media about China's foreign policy and external relations.
9 am: Top legislator Li Zhanshu delivers the annual work report of the NPC Standing Committee at a plenary meeting of the NPC at the Great Hall of the People. Top judge Zhou Qiang and Procurator-General Zhang Jun will also make the work reports of the top court and the top procuratorate. CPPCC National Committee members are invited to attend the meeting. 3 pm: National legislators and political advisers hold group discussions on the above-mentioned work reports.

9 am: The CPPCC National Committee concludes its annual session at the Great Hall of the People. All day: National legislators hold group discussions on work reports of the central government, the top court, the top procuratorate and the NPC Standing Committee. They will also continue discussing the draft plan for this year's national economic and social development and the 2022 budgets.
The fifth session of the 13th NPC will hold its closing meeting. Premier Li Keqiang will meet the press after the closing meeting.
