First, thank you for giving expats like myself an opportunity to make our

small contributions which could be of consideration to the 13th Five Year

Plan.

As a management personnel I would like to see changes to the following

areas:

1) Amending the labor laws which promotes unproductive mental attitude

of workers.

2) Create upgrading skill courses for middle age workers to make

themselves relevant especially when China is transitioning to a more

technological based production base.

3) Create an portal with support of various languages for companies and

corporations to make regular online constructive feedback.
