I wanted to first say, that I love your country, love your people, and think that your government is truly doing a great job at improving the lives here, as well as running the country. I think it’s much better than the American government.

The first thing I think most foreigners notice is the air quality. Of course this is pretty obvious for just about everyone. I know the government is working hard to fix the problem and this will take time of course. I think to continue with this would be a big priority.

The second thing would be, the tax system. I think the government could make more money and be able to pay for more things and expand if you added some tax laws. I don’t understand most tax laws here, but I think if you added a tax bracket system, there would be more disposable income for the government to use for anything.

The third, is investment system for foreigners. It’s very complicated for me to buy any property or get a loan, or do anything related to investment here in China. I have a large amount of money to invest in China and in the economy, but without proper understanding of how to do it, I find myself unable to do so. Maybe if there were recourses that were more easily accessible to foreign people in English, It might help bring more foreign investors.

These are the top 3 things I think would benefit and be good to expand on for the next 5 years. Of course these are coming from a foreign perspective, but also as a person who lives in China, so I have a better understanding than people who have never even been here.
