According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Premier Li Keqiang will pay official visits to Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, and Russia, from Nov 2 to 9, at the invitation of prime ministers representing those countries.

During the visits, the Premier will also attend the 15th Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) prime ministers’ meeting in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; the third regular meeting between prime ministers of China and Kazakhstan in Astana, Kazakhstan; the Fifth Summit of China and Central and Eastern European Countries in Riga, Latvia; and a regular prime ministers meeting in St Petersburg, Russia.

The ministry will hold a news briefing on the morning of Oct 31 to answer questions from domestic and overseas journalists.
