Premier Li Keqiang and German Chancellor Angela Merkel co-chaired the third round of this year’s China-Germany governmental consultations on Oct 10 in Berlin.

After hearing the reports of ministers from both countries, Li said the relationship between the two countries is not simply about imports and exports. He stressed that bilateral ties are high-level, mutually beneficial and will lead to more cooperation.

Li added that the recent action plan released by both countries will play a significant role in guiding bilateral cooperation in the medium and long terms.
