Premier Li Keqiang and Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Masimov attended a joint news conference in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, on the afternoon of Dec 14, after they held a meeting together.

Although winter in Astana is cold, said Li, cooperation between China and Kazakhstan keeps getting warmer, adding that he wishes the best for and has full confidence in the cooperation between the two countries.
