Premier Li Keqiang put forward a new model for upgrading China-Latin America cooperation during a business summit between China and Brazil in Brasilia, capital of the Latin American country on May 19.

The plan, making production capacity cooperation as the breakthrough, aims to promote cooperation by jointly building the channels of logistics, electricity and information, realizing interaction among enterprises, society and the government, and expanding three financing channels of fund, credit and insurance.
