Premier Li Keqiang returned to Beijing on May 29 after visiting Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Chile. The visit to Latin America saw a number of agreements signed concerning production capacity cooperation and the proposal of the “3×3 Model”, an important initiative for industrial cooperation between China, Latin America and the Caribbean. Including stopovers in Ireland and Spain, the Premier actually visited six countries, seven cities, traveled more than 50,000 kilometers and spent over 60 hours in flight.
