Premier Li Keqiang met with senior executives of major enterprises of the Republic of Korea including the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, LG Group, SK Group, Samsung Group and KIA Motors Corp in Seoul on Nov 1.
Representatives of the enterprises introduced their business operations in China and put forward suggestions on China-ROK economic and trade cooperation.
The Premier noted that the enterprises here today are frontrunners in cooperation with China as they participate in the country’s industrialization and modernization and represent the highest level of mutually-beneficial cooperation between Chinese and ROK enterprises.
As China continues its reform and opening-up policy with a transforming and upgrading economy, its investment environment will improve. Premier Li said he hopes ROK enterprises will grasp opportunities to expand cooperation in China and have mutually-beneficial coordination with Chinese enterprises in international capacity cooperation in third-country markets.
The entrepreneurs said they have confidence in opportunities of China’s reform and innovation development, and are willing to strengthen cooperation as good trade partners.
