Premier Li Keqiang on Nov 24 urged CEE countries to pay more attention to small- and medium-sized enterprises.

The prosperity and progress of a country depend on the creativity of all people, said the Premier when delivering a speech at the opening ceremony of the Fifth China-Central and Eastern European Countries Economic and Trade Forum.

Premier Li also called for joint development of both big and small enterprises.
