Premier Li Keqiang stopped at an expressway service area in Ya’an city of Sichuan province on April 25 to investigate the volume of transported goods.

Arriving at the service area, Premier Li asked a staff member in charge what changes there are on the volume of transported goods year to year. The man answered that the volume in the first quarter of 2016 remained the same as last year.

After learning that the price of gravel has rebounded recently, a pleased Premier Li said, “This is a good sign.”
