During a visit to the Tianjin Optical Electrical Group Co. Ltd on June 26, Premier Li Keqiang called on state-owned enterprises to increase efforts in building an innovation and entrepreneurship platform, encouraging its research and development staff to turn research into business.

“We advocate big enterprises and small enterprises to jointly build the innovation and entrepreneurship platform so that they can achieve common development and growth through sharing of funds and technologies,” the Premier said.
