Premier Li Keqiang quoted a well-known Chinese saying, “It takes 10 years to grow trees,” during the opening ceremony of Summer Davos Forum in Tianjin on June 27. The forum, which has thrived for 10 years, has not only shown progress and achievements made by China through reform and opening up, but also contributed to the common prosperity of China and the rest of the world, the Premier said.
