Premier Li sends condolences over terror attack in Pakistan

Premier Li Keqiang on Aug 10 sent a message of condolences to Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif over a deadly terrorist attack.

In the message, Premier Li said he was shocked by the attack in Pakistan’s southwestern city of Quetta that had caused heavy casualties, adding that China strongly condemned it.

Premier Li, on behalf of the Chinese government, extended deep condolences to the families of the victims while expressing sympathy to the injured.

The Premier expressed that China firmly opposed terrorism of all forms and would continue to firmly support the Pakistan government’s unremitting efforts to maintain national security and stability and to crack down on terrorism.
