Premier Li Keqiang has made important strides as a recent teleconference was held, urging the introduction — across the board — of new ways of conducting oversight over business operations.
The new model calls for random inspections by randomly selecting law enforcement officers or inspectors, and requires the prompt release of results.
Premier Li noted that a full implementation of the oversight model was an important measure to deepen administrative reform.
The move is of great significance for the government to improve key links of supervision, realize fair and efficient supervision, reduce enterprises’ burden and diminish power rent-seeking, the Premier said.
All levels of governments should be committed to the reform of supervision, entrenching policy support, and establishing fair markets and an easy environment for business operation under the rule of law, said the Premier.
This will better serve enterprises and business startup, he added.
