Premier Li Keqiang said on Sept 23 that he welcomed Chinese Canadians to invest and start business in China, as rich opportunities are being brought about by Chinese economic reform.
He made these remarks while attending a welcoming dinner held by some Chinese Canadians with his wife Cheng Hong in Montreal.
