Premier Li Keqiang joined a panel discussion with deputies from Northwest China’s Ningxia Hui autonomous region at the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress in Beijing on March 10.

One deputy said Ningxia is implementing internet Plus medical care and hopes to break information barriers among health institutions, departments and regions through a national healthcare data center.

Premier Li responded that related departments should put more fixed-asset investments into information infrastructure and accelerate internet Plus medical care and education, benefiting the public with more resources.
