BEIJING — Newly-appointed Chinese Premier Li Keqiang took an oath of allegiance to the country’s fundamental law on March 18.

Li was endorsed Chinese premier on March 18 at a plenary meeting of the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress, the country’s national legislature.
